Summer Storm! Strong Crosswinds at London Luton Airport, windy landings & take offs

This video can not be taken or reuploaded without permission from me Yesterday saw most of the British Isles becoming battered by strong winds due to an unusual summer storm. This resulted in difficult landing and take off conditions for airports across the country. I decided to head up to Luton for a few hours and grab the action. Upon arrival at the airport there was a 37kt gusting crosswind with a 220 degree heading. At times it was quite difficult to film in and I had to hold my tripod so that it wouldn't blow away. The winds made for some very interesting landings, and some take offs as well. Unfortunately there were no go arounds when I visited, but the windy landings surely made up for it! As you might expect the footage is a little shaky due to the weather conditions, there was not a lot I could do here.
