Head Down Static Turn Practice - May 23, 2026

Uncoached practice session working on my head down turns. They're hot garbage and that super positioning sign off isn't going to happen if I don't clean them up. The big things to work on: 1. Front leg horizontal and pushed out more for stability 2. Back leg pulled in more and horizontal for more lift 3. Head tucked and back 4. Chest flat and shoulders rounded There was progress on the turns but it's not quite there yet. Wind speed was 95%
