Jane Austen's "Sanditon": Before and After 1817
In this talk I share some possible inspirations for Austen's unfinished novel, "Sanditon" as well as some similarities between that text and the 1808 Woman of Color. I also talk about Anna Lefroy's continuation and two completions as well as provide a list of other texts you might read if you want to check out some Sanditon adaptations and retellings.
