Santiago de la Ribera, Murcia (Spain) | San Javier Air Show | Mar Menor

Come with us as we visit Santiago de la Ribera (Murcia) and watch their famous Air Show! Santiago de la Ribera is located in the Mar Menor, on the coast of Murcia. We came here on the 5th of May 2024 to watch what is said to be “One of the biggest airshows on the planet” which included demonstrations from “some of the best acrobatic patrols on the continent”. The idea is that this will be an anual event, on the first weekend in May. We will definitely be visiting Santiago de la Ribera even when there isn’t an air show on as it seems like a beautiful town with a lovely long beach, palm-lined promenade and lots of bars/restaurants.
