Can the Meris LVX replace your Timeline or any other basic delay?

The Meris LVX can do mad delays, but can it nail the basics? I have set up 3 new presets for the Meris LVX Digital Analog Tape After the introduction I play them all back to back with against the Boss DD-200. The Boss is a great example of a basic do-it-all delay pedal. All of the presets have the mix and feedback set high. The time is 500ms on all of the delays used to help comparison.
