We are making Spaghetti Pie which is the perfect weeknight recipe and if you have never made it, trust us, you HAVE to! Here is a video with more detail:    • WHAT'S FOR DINNER | EASY WEEKNIGHT MEALS |...   Moms Chicken Pot Pie: 2 refrigerated pie crust 4-6 boneless chicken breast 3 tbs. margarine 1/4 cup all purpose flour 1 1/2 cup Half and Half 1 1/2 cups chicken broth 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 grated carrot 1/2 cup frozen, thawed green peas Boil chicken and save broth-chop chicken into bite size pieces put chicken in pie crust and add peas and carrots melt margarine in sauce pan and add flour-whisk together Add broth and make sure there are no lumps Add half and half, slowly whisking Add cornstarch and salt and pepper stir until it heats to a boil and pour over chicken mixture Put on top crust, Poke 4 holes in top and cook for 30 mins at 400 degrees.
