#NAPOLI, L'EX PERSONAL ANCORA: "NON TORNEREI A LAVORARE CON ANTONIO #CONTE! VI SPIEGO..."

NAPLES. Tiberio Ancora, former Napoli personal trainer, spoke on Stile TV during Raffaele Auriemma's "Salite sulla giostra" program: "I expected Conte's time at Napoli to end. In fact, I expected it already last year; the interest from other teams was clear, and this had given the manager pause. Then, in the final days of the holidays, things changed thanks to De Laurentiis, who played his cards, enough to convince Conte to stay. It's easy to talk in hindsight, but it was a somewhat forced year given the way things went. The year brought the Super Cup and second place, yes, but each of us expected something more, perhaps fighting for the league title or advancing in the Champions League. But I expected the manager's decision; I think he wanted to leave last year. Then, De Laurentiis invested a lot, bought more of everything, and bolstered the squad with great players, but then things didn't go the way the manager had planned." He hoped. At this level, with objectives and responsibilities, it's normal for him to be subjected to criticism. Then there are those who are able to accept this criticism and those who are less so, and perhaps realize they can't go beyond this limit and react this way. Conte did very well in terms of results. When we arrived, there was rubble, the team was disintegrating, everyone wanted to leave, but he created enthusiasm, set objectives, and achieved them, bringing together a disheartened environment. And we must give credit to Conte, who is number one in this regard. Then there are aspects that need improvement in terms of communication, because it would be nice if, after making decisions, he could communicate them in the right way without leaving a trail. Everyone is different, but there's no doubt that Conte, in terms of ambition, has brought Napoli back to great heights. It was already a great team, but Napoli is a point of arrival, not a transition point. Why did I leave Napoli? I've thought a lot about it, and I don't want to be confused like the one who lashes out. Against one or more people, my bitterness was due to a human decision, not to my ability. I have never questioned the work, the manager's staff, or the Napoli doctors. It was a decision that goes beyond everything else because, professionally, I have always said that Conte is number 1. You have never heard me speak badly of Conte. I give the manager credit for his skill and I have always defended him when he was being trashed. My bitterness goes beyond the football aspect and is based on a relationship I thought I had with a person and I realized that was not the case. As soon as I realized this, I took a step back. But, I am not criticizing the Napoli environment, nor any person in particular. My choice was human: I decided to leave because for this person I cared so much about, I would have thrown myself into the fire, and instead I was so deeply disappointed that it made me choose to leave. This disappointment took away my enthusiasm for staying in Naples and I was deeply saddened. Because giving up a job at Napoli is no small thing, it cost me a lot. My message was mixed up, just like Corona, who made a mess, but that's not the case. 36 muscle injuries? In 20 years of working with Costantino Coratti, I can put my life on fire for his abilities. He's always won and delivered results, he's always been a role model for many, and I don't feel like placing any blame on Coratti or Napoli's medical staff. I had a complete vision of everything, there's no doubt about Costantino's abilities. And, from what I've experienced, I say that Napoli's medical staff is top-notch, and I don't think they went crazy when I left. We need to understand what happened, who forced their hand. Perhaps some essential players were risked despite being at 60%, hoping things would go well, and instead they only got worse. I've been to many important clubs, and Napoli's doctors are top-notch: they have the ability and the skills, and I'd throw myself into the fire for them. What if Napoli called me? I'm in. I have a hard time answering this question. Napoli is a great place, it's part of my life. I won and it was all fantastic, so in life you never say never. What if Conte called me? No, I wouldn't go, right now I wouldn't feel like saying yes to anyone. I've never said a word against Conte's ability, and even today I confirm that whoever wants to win must sign Conte. #shorts, #youtubeshorts, #viral, #trending, #subscribe, #foryou, #foryoupage, #fyp, #explorepage, #discover, #viralvideo, #tiktok, #instagram, #youtube, #reels
