Fluffy cookies with that cinnamon aroma that fills the house with autumnal warmth. 🛒 INGREDIENTS Dry ingredients: • 2 cups of wheat flour (approx 8.5 oz / 240 g) • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch (cornflour) (approx. 0.5 oz / 15 g) • 1 teaspoon of baking soda • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (or ½ if you prefer a milder flavor) • 1 pinch of salt Wet ingredients: • ½ cup melted and cooled butter (approx 4 oz / 113 g — 1 stick) • ¾ cup of sugar (approx 5 oz / 150 g) • 1 egg • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract For decorating: • Extra sugar + cinnamon for coating (mix approx. 1/4 cup of sugar + 1 teaspoon of cinnamon) ✨ Zelecisne's Tips • The melted butter must be COLD — if you use hot butter, the dough will turn out badly.
