Professional Permanent License (FOR MEDICAL PCs Only). STATIONARY. 1. Pen 2. Jotter 3. Permanent Marker (optional) PERSONAL NEEDS/SURVIVAL KITS. 1. Bed Sheet and Blanket. 2. Toiletries. 3. Beverages (Milk, cornflakes, biscuit, e.t.c). 4. Body Cream, Toothbrush, and Toothpaste. 5. Rubber Bucket, Soap Dish, and Bath. Sponge/Gloves. 6. White Handkerchief (optional) 7.
