Morocco's cities always have two sides - while the tourist areas shine, the city just a few meters away looks completely different. Fun fact: The smallest donation for the grand Mosque was 5DH (less than 50 cent) On the way inland I mostly rode on gravel roads, which meant I made quite slow progress. However, the advantage was that I could drive through the construction sites :'D In other countries, the roads would have been closed so that the workers could work in peace. Here, nobody cares if you just drive through. The animals (especially cats and dogs) don't have the best life here. :( I will reduce the cat content now, I promise... especially because it was much worse in Fès...
