Squier Classic Vibe Bass VI Upgrades - Part 2 (of 6)

From Junk to Jewel: Upgrading a Squier Classic Vibe Bass VI PART 2: Staytrem Bridge and a Look at the Stock Tremolo System As I upgrade and improve my Squier Classic Vibe Bass VI, the first thing needing done is to replace the bridge. I knew I would need to do this going in, as the #1 complaint I saw about the CVBVI was "it won't intonate, can't move the saddle far enough." The Staytrem bridge solves that problem. While I was able to properly intonate the BVI with the stock strings and bridge, I knew I'd be putting on heavier strings which would not be intonatable, thus the Staytrem. Find out more about Staytrem at https://www.staytrem.com/. I also disassemble the guitar a bit so we can look at the stock trem system. NEXT: Checking Out the Electronics and Replacing the Pickups
