In a new edition of Conexión, Mónica Pérez and Ramón Ulloa spoke with our columnist Ascanio Cavallo about the Molotov cocktail explosion at the Barros Arana National Boarding School (INBA), which left 35 students with burn injuries and four of them in critical condition, and the Monsalve case. Regarding the incident at INBA, Ascanio pointed out that “the most complicated thing about these situations is that we are becoming accustomed to a lack of accountability, and here there is clearly accountability.
