Ignored BTS Member’s Boundaries Are Ruining Fandom in So Many Ways

Taehyung's recent message asking fans to stop coming to the members' hotel hit me harder than I expected. Combined with Jungkook recently asking viewers during a live broadcast to stop demanding that he speak English, and Namjoon asking cor comments with depth - it feels like we're seeing a pattern: BTS is clearly communicating their boundaries, and too many people are choosing not to listen. In this video, I'm not trying to call out an entire fandom or start drama. I'm simply sharing where my heart is right now. I've always believed that being ARMY means loving and respecting BTS as human beings first. That means celebrating them, supporting them, and also hearing them when they tell us what they need—even when that means stepping back. Lately, I've found myself wondering if some parts of fandom have begun to prioritize personal experiences over the well-being of the very people we say we love. If our desire for one more photo, one more interaction, or one more story comes at the expense of their rest, privacy, or peace, then it's worth asking ourselves some difficult questions. This isn't a rant. It's an honest conversation about where my head and heart are after everything that's happened this week and being honest about how parts of just feel gross right now. I'd love to hear your thoughts, but let's keep the discussion respectful. We all care deeply about BTS, and I hope conversations like this help us become the kind of fandom they deserve. 💜 Borahae.
