The more points you have in Stamina, the more worthwhile it becomes, as you significantly increase your health scaling. Essentially, you almost double your HP with the clan buff. Additionally, your Ninjutsu recharge faster. If you play a lot as a Samurai in High Stance and also utilize many martial arts, the Satake Clan is one of the best choices. You increase your martial art damage in High Stance by 9% and heal yourself and your teammates for 280 HP per enemy kill. The last two clans I can recommend are the Gamo Clan. This increases your Luck, meaning the chance of finding rare items, and grants you a damage bonus for each attack in a chain.
