Today was one of those experiences we’ll never forget 💛🇻🇳 Our friend Lucy invited us to learn how to make authentic homemade Vietnamese beef pho from scratch and we got to be part of the entire process. From grocery shopping for fresh ingredients to coming back home and cooking together, this was such a special moment. Not only was the experience amazing, but the result? Absolutely delicious. We ended up making enough pho to feed 10 people, and it came out to about $2.56 per bowl 😳 Moments like this are what makes travel so meaningful learning, sharing, and connecting through food.
