For over a year now, I've been the resident musical entertainer at this really fun Asian fusion spot in DC, called PINK TIGER. All night long, I take song requests from the guests. Whether I'm singing for a cute couple celebrating their anniversary, or a group of total party animals ready to jam out to some Classic Rock, I make a huge effort to create great moments. Now, I've made it possible for YOU to request songs too!! But rest assured: You don't have to request anything to hang out with us. These performances are free for you to enjoy. Of course, you are more than welcome to request songs until you're blue in the face! But you don't have to request anything in order to be part of this crazy group. Although I sometimes have to switch out a request for one reason or another, you skipping my song list and then requesting something I don't know is NOT one of those reasons. If I start getting bogged down with a lot of requests, I'll need to mix other peoples' requests in along with yours, so that nobody feels like they're waiting too long to at least hear one or two of their songs. RULE #3: NO HAPPY BIRTHDAY ON THE MIC, SORRY! I cannot sing "Happy Birthday" (or any birthday songs) on the microphone. Trust me, you don't want twenty people running up, to make me include their spouses' names in the song you just paid for. It never goes well... 🤣 Instead, you should dedicate a "real" song to them, and let me give them a big birthday shout out! With over 600 songs to choose from, you have a ton of options.
