E2A 2026 Conference - Day 3

Welcome to Day 3 of the 9th Evidence to Action (E2A) Conference and Exhibition! Today's discussions focus on "What Must Change: Toward an Africa-Led Evidence-to-Action Ecosystem", with particular attention to transformation, institutionalization, and scaling. Through keynote addresses, panel discussions, and interactive sessions, participants will explore how African institutions and leaders can strengthen evidence ecosystems, embed evidence use in decision-making, and scale effective approaches for long-term impact.
