From surveying the area to cutting foliage and preparing for rock removal. Hello and welcome to my new series where I build a construction and gardening services company. It is a timelapse series which is a continuation of the previous series. This is episode #23 - of Farming Simulator 25 Raven Valley Roleplay Public Works series. The day began with a visit to a client’s property where the task was to clear an overgrown side area. At first glance, the job seemed straightforward—removing bushes, tall grass, and a few rocks. However, after closer inspection, it became clear that the site held far more challenges than expected. What was described as a handful of rocks turned out to be a large number scattered across the ground, making the work more demanding. Before starting, the site needed to be secured. I returned to the base to collect road signage, ensuring the area was properly marked and safe for the work ahead. With the preparations complete, I loaded up the Scania Super truck, attaching a flatbed carrying a Liebherr 910 excavator. The excavator was equipped with two shovel attachments and a hydraulic hammer, ready for the tasks ahead. Navigating through the narrow inner roads was difficult, but after careful driving, I managed to reach the site without issue. Once there, the first step was clearing the vegetation. Using a chainsaw, I cut down the larger bushes and smaller trees that blocked access. This opened up the space and made it easier to move equipment around. With the foliage reduced, I switched to the excavator, leveling the ground and removing the remaining growth. The machine allowed for faster progress, smoothing out the uneven terrain and preparing the area for the next stage. The initial phase of the project—clearing vegetation and leveling the site—was completed successfully. The ground is now ready for the more demanding task of removing the large rocks that remain. These rocks will require careful handling, and the hydraulic hammer attachment will be essential in breaking them down before they can be moved. The video captures the full process of preparation, from surveying the site to cutting, leveling, and setting the stage for rock removal. This work highlights the importance of proper planning and the right equipment. What began as a simple clearing job quickly revealed hidden challenges, but with persistence and the right tools, progress was made.
