Keir Starmer and Andy Burnham travel to Buckingham Palace for the transitional power.

The King arrives back at Buckingham Palace to meet with his new Prime Minister, Andy Burnham. First, King Charles's motorcade arrives at Buckingham Palace. Then, Keir Starmer's motorcade arrives for him to formally resign as UK Prime Minister, and he subsequently leaves. Andy Burnham's motorcade then arrives at Buckingham Palace, after which he departs in the full UK Prime Minister's motorcade for Downing Street to make a speech outside the front of Downing Street. Finally, His Majesty leaves London. The Special Escort Group was tasked with escorting the motorcades.
