Brisca F1 Coventry Final October 1991 Pt.1

The infamous Final race from Coventry Stadium 5/10/91. What started off as normally intense Coventry Final was to create one of the most well remembered crashes and roll overs between two of the sports most respected drivers. Thankfully both walked away, shaken but not too stirred. Testament to how well an F1 Stockcar is built. Enjoy the moment Bev Greenhalf (RIP) quite rightly describes as a 'spectacular crunch' - a feat no two drivers could ever, or wish to ever, repeat. I was sat in the grandstand that night and from where I saw it it looked for a moment that Lundy was about to be catapulted onto the dog track.
