El Parque Central de Miraflores, popularmente conocido como el «Parque Kennedy» o el Parque de Miraflores, es uno de los parques de Lima más populares y visitados por su ubicación tan céntrica en el distrito de Miraflores. Es una noche en la que los niños, jóvenes y no tan jóvenes salen a la calle para jugar al "truco o trato", se organizan fiestas de disfraces, se reúnen para contar historias de miedo, ver películas de terror o visitar casas encantadas.
