Abandon, trahison, rejet, humiliation, injustice, ne fais pas de "refus d'obstacle!"
✨Work with me: https://forms.gle/QEuJ15jSvU2cNq2H7 Healing emotional wounds (abandonment, rejection, humiliation, betrayal, injustice) isn't solely about intellectual understanding. In this video, I explain how inner wounds are structured from childhood, through masks and protective mechanisms, and why healing inevitably involves consciously reconnecting with emotional pain. Revisiting a wound isn't a punishment, but an essential step in the process of deep healing, emotional liberation, and emotional maturity. 🎥 Healing Inner Wounds: Why Pain Is a Necessary Step We often talk about inner wounds: the wounds of abandonment, rejection, humiliation, betrayal, or injustice. We explain them, analyze them, intellectualize them… and yet, many people remain stuck. Why? Because understanding a wound isn't enough to heal it. In this video, I explain how emotional wounds are structured from childhood, and above all, why healing inevitably involves a conscious reconnection to the pain, at the same depth as the original experience. 🧠 How a wound is formed When a child experiences an emotional event that is too intense for them, they develop protective strategies: masks, guardians, sentinels, ego mechanisms that are sometimes immature… but perfectly adapted to their age. These structures have a very clear function: 👉 to avoid suffering again. The problem is that these defenses remain active in adulthood, even though the context has changed. They no longer protect: they imprison. ⚠️ The trap of intellectual understanding Understanding a wound theoretically is useful… but believing that this is enough is an illusion. No deep emotional wound heals: through thought alone, through avoidance, through control, or through “positive” coping strategies. Healing only occurs at the level where the wound was imprinted: 👉 at the emotional, physical, and relational levels. 🔥 Why Life Plunges Us Back into Pain When a person is ready to heal, something very specific happens: their unconscious (and sometimes external circumstances) organize themselves to bring them back to the exact same level of emotional intensity as the original wound. Not to punish. Not to cause gratuitous suffering. But to offer a new opportunity for response. Like a necessary surgical intervention: it's not pleasant, but it's restorative. 🩹 Healing isn't about avoidance… it's about experiencing pain differently. Reliving pain doesn't mean repeating it indefinitely. This means: being present where you were running away, supporting yourself where you were alone, re-parenting where you weren't supported, offering a mature, caring, and appropriate response. Just like someone who has developed a fear of water after a trauma: to overcome it, it's not enough to avoid the pool… you have to learn to swim. 🌱 Pain is not the enemy In this video, I emphasize a crucial point: 👉 emotional pain is not a mistake along the way, 👉 it is an integral part of the healing process. Every time a wound is reactivated, you have an opportunity: to release an old emotional burden, to develop greater emotional autonomy, to gain emotional maturity, to strengthen confidence, to establish a more balanced, stable, and aligned perspective. 🎯 Who is this video for? For anyone who: feels like they're "going in circles" despite understanding, relives the same relationship patterns, senses that something needs deeper healing, is ready to stop running from their pain... to finally break free.
