Today I'm showing you one of them: Kadayıflı Paşa Sarması (Translation: Pasha Rolls with dough strings). For this we're going to roast dough strings (also known as angel hair) with butter and spread them onto a baking tray. To that we're adding custard and roll it up once it's cooled off.
