The thermal paste had been changed previously, but it didn't improve. Coldium EDGE thermal paste and Gelid Ultimate thermal pads were applied. The thicknesses used are detailed below: FRONT _VRAM: 2mm _MOSFETS: 1mm _Coils: 1mm Also, for the mod, we used K5 PRO thermal putty.
