Sometimes I think the fluffy Scottish Highland calves have stage fright, they stop when camera is on

I would like to have lots of footage of the calves playing but I can rarely get it captured on film as they stop once I pay attention to them. They get the zoomies and play around every day but I am lucky to get it on camera once every while. They will stop what they are doing like this video illustrates and stare at me and then walk away acting embarrassed. Another example of this is the footage from the Scratch Cam security camera that I post. That scratching post has been out there for i think 3 years but I rarely could get any decent video. I would see them in action and walk to where I could try to film and they would stop and stare at me, and then wander away. Placing the solar powered security camera to film them has worked great since they don't seem to know that I have tricked them.
