The All-Japan High School Volleyball Championship (Spring High Volleyball) kicks off on January 4th at the Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium. Fukuoka Jogakuin's girls' team is aiming to reach the final four or better, and a trio of first-year students who placed third in the National Junior High School Tournament will lead the team to its first appearance in the Spring High Tournament. Coach Hiroyuki Otani, in his first year at the helm, led the team to its first appearance in the Spring High Tournament.
