Eureka have achieved "Grind By Weight" without scales

The new Specialita just revolutionised grinders all over again! Eureka have created a new genre of grinders with smarts. I've always love Eureka grinders. They were always my go to grinder for home baristas as they looked beautiful, they were a small enough footprint for most kitchens, and they were consistently awesome.
