Looe in 1949

A brief look at original colour footage of Looe on the south Cornish coast just after the Second World War. You will spot the searchlight house for the coastal gun battery and the eagle-eyed will see the Royal Navy Observation Post at Wooldown. Otherwise it's visitors and fishermen in the summer of 1949.
