Gorges du Nan, Vercors (4K drone) - Magnificent French Roads

Vercors to us a truly a special place with it’s unique landscape. And then there are these magnificent roads! Gorges du Nan is among our most favourite places. This awesome road was carved into the rocks in 1894. Fortunately and unlike some other terrific roads in the area that are closed (Les Grands Goulets + Gorges des Ecouges) we were glad to see a note that this road is undergoing some major maintenance works worth € 330.000 in autumn 2018. After 2011 and 2014 by motorcycle October 2018 was the 3rd time for us to come here. This time by car and we recorded some great drone footage. We truly wish and hope the French government will maintain the awesome cultural heritage of balcony roads in Vercors and other places in the France.
