Mahindra 5010 Front Axle Locked Up, Pulling the Axle and Differential Out

Major issues with the front end on the Mahindra! Backing the tractor up by the barn and suddenly the tractor locked up and would not move, figured the front tires won't turn so we ended up skidding it in the barn using the forks. We pulled the front drive shaft, and determined it was the front that was locked up, not the transmission side. Pulled the front end to find it was out of gear oil (not sure why....) and the differential had overheated.
