Hi lovelies, I've been reflecting on the year and got scared of how fast it went by, so I shared some of my thoughts. Did you know that by creating everyday moments of 'AW' will help your brain slow down your perception of time? It doesn't have to be something super special or huge, there's aw in small moments...the dog you saw on the street, a sunset or maybe the coffee you had this morning. Just taking a few seconds out of your day to slow down and appreciate its beauty is enough. And: you don't have to book a next trip to make your life feel more exciting, spending a day different from your usual routine can already help. I've also started reading again and if you have some book recommendations that are similar to 'The Alchemist', please let me know!!!
