The Potential Worst Move in 3rd Strike

I haven't really zeroed in on 3rd Strike in a video since my breakdown on Gill, but I'm finally back in business to talk about not a character you can't usually use, but a single move you SHOULDN'T use. This long of a video on a single move might seem pretty silly, but I really hope it ends up being kind of interesting and fun. I've been playing a lot of the characters mentioned in this video recently, especially Alex, and I kinda love him to bits so a lot of the silly trivia in here is stuff I've wanted to yap about forever. Even with everything going on with this move I don't think I'd be confident in definitively saying this is the absolute worst move in the game, the angle I'm looking at it from probably swings my opinion a lot, and also that's probably better suited for people who are actually good at the game to decide.
