Updated! D-brigade/ Digipolice deck profile Bt15/16

First profile in a year, I'm a little rusty. We're bringing it back to old faithful with Dbrigade/ Digipolice. I've taken this deck to many tournaments and consistently finished 2-1. The deck is consistent, flexible, and tough to overcome.
