🚲 Bike ride from Aarle-Rixtel via Croy to the center of Helmond and back via the Zuidrand. June 22, 2026. We start in Aarle-Rixtel, ride past Croy Castle, and head over to the Beukenberg. We take the Kanaaldijk to the city center, then follow the canal to the Zuidrand. There, you’ll see the new Woonpartners housing developments and all the ongoing roadworks. The return trip takes us via Stiphout back to Aarle-Rixtel. You’ll see how Helmond is changing: construction sites, closed-off streets, and the real Netherlands beyond the tourist routes.
