Low Back Pain Friendly HIIT//NO Jumping// No Equipment

Low back pain is a common problem, not only as we age, but also as we become more active. Especially if increased activity is sudden and new! Whatever the cause, we all get low back pain (LBP) from time to time. I recently experienced a set back in my workouts and was trying hard to find ways to still be active and effective while not injuring myself during my time of recovery. This workout is designed to keep you moving so you don't lose progress if you're currently experiencing LBP. This was pain free for ME! It may not be pain free for you, if that's the case, don't do ANYTHING that is painful. If you have LBP and haven't seen a medical professional, that is your starting point, NOT THIS WORKOUT! If you have and are cleared for activity, this might just be a good way to stay mobile and in shape while you recover, like me. We have 1 circuit that we will repeat 3 times. We will work for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds; taking 45 seconds between sets. As always, if you have questions, please let me know! I want to be able to serve you and see you succeed. ***DISCLAIMER*** This is NOT a medical program. This is my own workout and you can do this at your own risk.
