So, as a new artist, I'd like to ask you a question, hoping to get some advice from you. I'd like your advice on how to uncover hidden needs in online sales. One of the items I stock in my gallery is a ballpoint pen drawing set. When I set up a booth at flea markets and other events, people who find these pieces become interested and buy them in bulk because they want to try drawing various things. However, the customers who purchase from flea markets and other events aren't there specifically looking for a drawing set; they just happen to be interested in the items lined up on the table at my booth. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, people are hesitant to actively hold events or workshops, so is there a good way to raise awareness online of my works, which only have latent demand, and lead to purchases? Even when advertising, it's difficult to identify keywords that succinctly express the interests of my target audience.
