Steve Austin's career in the WWE was really special, a once in a lifetime superstar that generated new viewers towards the world of wrestling. Steve Austin had a solid career in WCW, working as Stunning Steve Austin, before making his way to New York, but it wasn't without bumps in the road. After training under Gentleman Chris Adams and working in the USWA, Steve made his WCW debut in 1991 and nearly instantly captured the WCW Television Championship. From here, Steve would work alongside Paul Heyman, team up with Ravishing Rick Rude, become one half of the Hollywood Blondes tag team with Brian Pillman, and have an exciting feud with Ricky Steamboat (just to name a few).
