1-1-3 Half Court Zone Defense Options, in this video I breakdown the different options that you can use in the 1-1-3 Zone Defense. In the 1-1-3 zone defense in the half court you will have 3 players defending the baseline, 1 player defending the high post, and then 1 player defending the 3 point line, or that 1 player can defend the other teams best player.
