C4D: ALTERNATIVE COMMUNICATION PERSPECTIVES Dr. Alexander Flor Dr. Alexander Flor is a Professor at the Faculty of Information and Communication Studies (FICS), UP Open University. He is also currently a Visiting Professor of Development Communication at Kasetsart University in Bangkok, and an Affiliate Professor of Knowledge Management at the College of Development Communication, UP Los Baños. Dr. Flor has been involved in more than 50 research studies funded by organizations such as UNESCO, World Bank, and Asian Development Bank. He has published more than 20 journal articles, authored/edited 17 books, wrote 23 book chapters, and presented more than 50 papers in several international conferences, tackling topics on alternative and distance education, environmental science and management, among others.
