Dance: The Universal Language That Connects People Murrays Bay international students are represented through the story of two sisters. Beginning in China, the girls are talented cultural dancers. When their family moves to New Zealand, everything becomes very confusing and they feel misunderstood. Voices of other current students also echo through. The girls hear about the school's dance showcase. They audition and make the team. The sisters now have a language with which to communicate. This helps them to feel connected and gain a sense of belonging.
