It's already the second story since I suddenly started boxing! 🥊 I started out boldly declaring that I wanted to get stronger... but am I doing the right thing? From trying out those "magic boxing shoes" that provide good support but threaten my joints because they lack cushioning, to a day where I completely drained my energy by even including burpees in the middle of mitt training.
