“In this video, we talked about loneliness, finding yourself, relationships, boundaries and social media, sometimes with tears in our eyes. I tell stories from my own life about how sweet loneliness can be sometimes and how challenging it can be sometimes. We talk about what it brings us when we choose to be alone, but also what kind of awareness is needed to not lose ourselves in that loneliness. I talk about the importance of setting boundaries in our relationships, how social media makes us lonely and the importance of rebuilding ourselves with self-criticism. I have been through difficult times in my life, sometimes I confronted myself in dark rooms and tried to come out of there as a stronger, truer person.
