Does the 264 really produce what was marketed from 1958!? Lets find out!
In our final showing of the 264 Winchester (win) Magnum, we highlight loading the 140gr Nosler projectiles, Ballistic tips, and showcase the challenges and success of one of the most under appreciated cartridges that gun writers have continued to dismiss as nothing more than an antique! Here, we showcase the ballistics in factual, repeatable data, and not in some hypothetical test of "apples to apples". The 264 Win mag certainly come into its own with proper handloading and leaves the vast majority of 6.5 caliber cartridges in the dust, so much so that it begs the question- Why was it really pushed off to begin with? I hope you enjoy this series and thank you for coming along!
