The Home Department has filed an official FIR at Bhubaneswar's Capital Police Station regarding the disappearance of two landmark probe reports: the Naidu Commission report on the high-profile assassination of Swami Laxmanananda Saraswati in Kandhamal, and the RDC inquiry report into the tragic SUM Hospital fire.
