I just checked this by going to the Zhenwu Antechamber and returned to Clouspire and all the NPCs are there and their quests can be completed Allow me to share the most incredible farming spot in Wuchang Fallen Feathers where you can farm over 300,000 red mercury in an hour. Plus, the enemies at this location drop red mercury items which can be consumed to further increase your level! This area can be accessed right after you defeat Commander Honglan, at the very start of chapter 2. Instead of going into Cloudspire, we will make our way to Mount Zhenwu.
