The gospel of John describes how Jesus healed a man who had been sick for 38 years. John 5:1-4 explains how Jesus met the man. He met the man after travelling to Jerusalem for one of the Jewish festivals, at the pool of Bethesda, a place that people went to in the hopes of being healed of their ailments. He asked him 'Do you want to get well?' He replied, 'Sir, I have no one to help into the pool when the water is stirred.' .. . After all that, Jesus healed him. There is no situation in our lives that can challenge our Christ Jesus. He'll surely deliver us from all, but only if we take it to Him in prayers...
