Late 1960s HLC BTW Ideal Standard WC + AS Contour 21

Hospital WC Came here for something that was fortunately ok. So had a brief wonder round (only checking corridor sets) afterwards & successfully found this one single original WC, although sadly in poor condition. Apologies for missing the very faded Made in England part while documenting. Hopefully a model name of this WC is out there. It is for certain high level concealed though with a Shires lever & L.P fed Cistern inside. I had to flush this prior to filming so the flush is short, but at it's peak. It is very & noisy. Round the back that is. I then visited the 2nd cubicle which turned out to be a full replacement unfortunately. But it does give off a good flush. All the others were modernized in the mid 2000s and have Armitage Shanks fittings.
