Supplier invoices will be paid via a dedicated bank transfer. Upon completion of the work, the tax deduction application will be submitted, which will be used in your tax return. Over the following five years, the person who made the payment will receive a refund of 110% of the amount spent as a tax deduction (reduction of personal income tax). For an employee, this means having the annual incentive portion added to their paycheck. CREDIT ASSIGNMENT The client decides to assign their tax credit to one or more suppliers. This does not require any payment for the invoices, as they will be fully offset (100%) by the assigned deduction. The supplier can then assign the credit to another entity (such as a bank or another company). Refurbishment of the building envelope (walls, roof, etc.) exceeding 25% of the total surface area (maximum cost of €60,000 per property unit); 2. Refurbishment of centralized systems with condensing boilers or heat pumps (maximum cost of €30,000 per property unit); 3. Refurbishment of independent systems with heat pumps (maximum €30,000). SPECIALIZED DESIGN The design is essential to ensure that the intervention complies with the stringent regulatory requirements of the 110% ECOBONUS. The design must be carried out by technicians specialized in energy efficiency who analyze the building's problems, define solutions, and translate them into a coherent and integrated project. The project must be comprehensive; there can be no room for improvisation on the construction site or a "we'll see" scenario. IMPECCABLE EXECUTION The developed project must be flawlessly executed. The only permitted changes will be due to unforeseen construction site issues (always possible when working on an existing building) and must be carefully evaluated by a Project Manager specialized in this type of work. Otherwise, incentives could be lost. A qualified company with the appropriate organizational capabilities must be chosen based on the type of work.
