Brewing a Bourbon Barrel Porter
In this video I brew a Bourbon Barrel Porter from a Northern Brewer Extract kit. I purchased this beer extract kit from the following link. https://www.northernbrewer.com/produc... The entire brewing, fermenting and conditioning process took exactly 2 months. The beer turned out very good. It had a nice bourbon flavor with a touch of oak in the background. The bittersweet roastiness of Porter shines through.
