Great hotel for exploring all areas of Benidorm. 4 star adults recommended with all the features of that: late checkout, breakfast 7.30-11am, entertainment at breakfast, round the pool and in the evenings. Extras without fee including daily water in the room, safe use, iron hire etc. Accessibility was good with a ramped area to the pool and lifts available for those with mobility issues although please note private transfer coaches will drop you the street behind. Taxis can access this part of the beachfront though and buses stop the street behind at regular intervals. They also have some loungers reserved for those with disabilities or mobility issues right next to the pool & bar area. Unusually the bedroom area of the room was carpet which gave it a homely feel and they also didn’t issue wristbands which was actually refreshing. The Safe was also a personalised keypad entry which was great as meant you didn’t have to worry about a key. All in all a great hotel I’d recommend for many reasons. The pool area was small with limited loungers but we never struggled to get a seat at least. Although the sun moves away from the hotel towards the beachfront around 3/4pm you can usually get loungers in the sun very handy at this time as people start to filter away from the pool and then loungers are available in the sunny areas right through until it disappears behind the hotel at 7pm, when the pool closes anyway.
